With over eight years of experience in the financial industry sector, I specialise in providing company secretarial and governance services.

Before joining Mourant, I was a Funds Manager running a departmental company secretarial team; providing services to institutional, cross-jurisdictional clients with private equity, debt and fund of fund structures.
