I’m Counsel in our Luxembourg office.

My practice focuses primarily on working with real estate and private equity fund promoters in connection with fund launches, restructurings, investment holding structures and associated related regulatory matters.

I also have a broader expertise in legal, regulatory, corporate and contractual aspects relevant to the fund, banking and insurance industries, and  assist on cross-border transactions, including marketing authorisations, acquisitions, reorganisations, establishment, and closure of branches and representative offices.

I joined Mourant in 2023, when they joined forces with LexField, which became its Luxembourg office.

Previously, I worked as Counsel in the Funds team at Volckrick & Associates and, prior to that, as Director in the Regulatory department in the FSO service line of EY Luxembourg.
