I am a Partner in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice and specialise in banking and finance work.

I have extensive experience in all types of international and domestic financings with a particular focus on fund financings, asset financings (aircraft, ship, railway), acquisition financings, real estate financings, project financings, corporate financings, Islamic finance, structured finance and refinancings.

I frequently advise many of the world’s leading finance institutions and private fund sponsors on the structuring and execution of finance transactions and restructurings involving secured lending to Luxembourg companies and investment funds. I have extensive experience on fund finance matters and cross-border restructuring and insolvency work.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Banking and Finance team at an international law firm in Luxembourg.
