I’m a consultant in our Jersey Regulatory practice, which focuses on supporting banks, financial institutions and other regulated businesses in Jersey, as well as private offices, cross-border businesses looking to offer services into Jersey and transaction SPVs.

I specialise in providing advice on Jersey regulatory and AML issues, as well as business set-up, change of control, ongoing compliance, governance and business re-organisation projects.

I was previously a Partner at the firm between 2000-2026, during much of which time I led Mourant’s Financial Services team in Jersey. I now continue to work actively in the same practice as a consultant.
