Sophie Allan

I am an Associate in our Finance and Corporate team in Jersey, having joined the firm in September 2025 after qualifying as a Solicitor in Scotland.

Prior to joining Mourant, I completed my training contract in the Corporate team at Harper Macleod LLP.

I have experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters including equity investments, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals.
