I’m a Partner in our Jersey Investment Funds practice. My practice focuses on the formation, operation and financing of private equity, venture capital and real estate funds and investment structures.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was an Associate in the Funds and Indirect Real Assets team of CMS’ London office.

During my time as an onshore funds lawyer, I worked on a number of multi-jurisdictional mandates for a global client base.
