I’m a Principal and Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, I worked as Transaction Manager for the Corporate Services department of Deutsche Bank Jersey.

I have significant experience in the administration and management of structures covering a variety of different asset classes.

I’ve also acted as a director of various entities, including large commercial and residential real estate investment vehicles, and have been involved in significant property development projects.
