I am an Associate in our Investment Funds practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Mourant, I trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP (London) as an England and Wales solicitor.

My practice focuses on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and other asset classes as well as private joint venture arrangements.

I advise sponsors on fund formation, restructuring, carry and co-investment schemes.
