John MacFeeters

Overview

I’m Counsel in our Jersey office having re-joined the firm in 2018.

My practice focuses primarily on working with real estate and private equity fund promoters in connection with fund launches, restructurings, investment holding structures and associated related regulatory matters.

Prior to re-joining the firm I worked as a Client Director in the Funds Services team at Crestbridge in Jersey where I held a number of regulated board positions together with acting as an "A" authorised signatory for the business.

I trained with Mourant Ozannes in Jersey, joining the firm in 2007, and after qualifying as a solicitor I was seconded to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to work with the TCB/FSB Supervision and Fund Authorisation teams in connection with various projects including the implementation of the successful Jersey Private Funds regime.
