Overview

I am a Paralegal at Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP in our Corporate and Funds team.

My practice focuses on both corporate law and investment funds matter. I support the team on entities formation, company filings and regulatory registration. I also have experience in conducting due diligence and preparing documents for share arrangement.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked for the Capital Markets team of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Beijing.
