I am an Associate in our Investment Funds practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2024.

My practice focuses on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. I advise on the full lifecycle of both regulated and unregulated funds, including formation, operation and investment structuring.

My experience includes acting on asset acquisitions and disposals across alternative asset classes, as well as advising sovereign wealth funds on foreign direct investment into the United Kingdom and supporting clients on private joint venture arrangements.

I work with a diverse range of clients – including fund promoters, leading financial services providers and several of the firm’s largest real estate clients.

As a full member (MCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, I am currently studying for the Islamic Finance Qualification with the aim of incorporating Islamic finance into my practice as the firm continues to develop its cross-practice Islamic finance capabilities.

Prior to joining Mourant, I trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP (London) as an England and Wales solicitor.
