Overview

I am an Associate in our Investment Funds practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes, I trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP (London) as an England and Wales solicitor.

My practice focuses on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and other asset classes as well as private joint venture arrangements. I advise sponsors on fund formation, restructuring, carry and co-investment schemes.

• Admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, 2024
• LPC LLM combined in Commercial Legal Practice, BPP University London, 2022
• LLB Law Single Honours, School of Oriental and African Studies University of London, 2020
