We provide listing agent/sponsor services for both The International Stock Exchange (TISE), and the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX), two of the world’s leading offshore exchanges for the listing of funds, Eurobonds, debt and other specialist securities.
As listing agent, working closely with law firm colleagues, we seamlessly manage the exchanges on all matters relating to the approval for listing, seeking derogations from the Listing Rules where necessary and advising on compliance with ongoing obligations post listing.
We can also arrange for the establishment of Cayman, BVI, Jersey or Guernsey issuers and regularly act in conjunction with major banks, investment houses and accountants in relation to the listing process.
