Our Trainee Rotation Programme – Jersey

Do you think a career in financial services is for you but aren’t too sure where to start? Would a varied insight into the wide range of exciting opportunities available to you help?

If you are due to complete your A-levels or university studies this year, then you may be interested in our newly developed Trainee Rotation Programme based in Jersey. During the 12-month programme, you will have the opportunity to work within a variety of administration, accounting, and operations teams across our growing Governance Services business. You will gain exposure to different client types, how we manage risk, an insight into the world of accounting and a look at how we manage our global operations.

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to kick start a career in financial services, with a strong emphasis on mentoring within a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
