Information security and resilience are central to our digital strategy. We take the protection of client data and the integrity of our systems extremely seriously. Our IT infrastructure is built on robust, enterprise-grade platforms, with continuous monitoring, threat detection, and compliance with international standards.
We’re also always open to exploring new technologies and encourage clients to reach out with ideas or bespoke needs.

In 2025 we welcomed a new Chief Transformation Officer, who works closely alongside our Chief Technology Officer and the wider team, reinforcing our commitment to digital innovation, sustainability, and long-term growth.
Through our transformation programme, backed by executive leadership, we are embedding a culture of innovation across the firm. We’re equipping our people with the latest tools and techniques that drive continuous improvement, inspired by best practices in the legal sector and beyond.
Technology-enabled service delivery
We’ve invested in digital capabilities that ensure seamless service, wherever our clients are. This includes:
- E-signatures for secure, remote document execution
- Virtual meetings to support global collaboration and transaction completion
- Digital contracts prepared and signed electronically
- Full remote working for uninterrupted service across our global network
SECURITY
Information security is a strategic imperative for us and something we take extremely seriously. We’re committed to continually improving our processes to ensure that they are as robust as possible, and that we meet our obligations to safeguard the client data in our custody.
ISO 27001 Certification
We were the first firm in our market to achieve ISO 27001 certification in 2017 and have more recently recertified against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (the latest version). Recognised as the pinnacle of information security management, this standard requires the development and implementation of a rigorous Information Security Management System (ISMS) that defines how we manage information security across our organisation and global office locations.
Our ISMS programme
Our Information ISMS programme and accreditation framework is managed by a dedicated Chief Information Security Officer who focuses exclusively on data security, and we have made strategic investments in our information security. While no defences are infallible, we continue to focus on client data security enhancements as a priority.
The programme includes ongoing, firm-wide security training and technical security controls, the efficiency of which is regularly tested and verified by external auditors. Based on continuous process improvement principles, it combines a deep understanding of our obligations with focused expertise bound by leading-practice controls, audit and oversight.
Internally, we focus on a three-pronged education and training programme, including awareness, behaviour and culture aspects. We maintain a people-centric approach to information security learning, ensuring that we offer regular training in our people’s native languages.
Externally, we work in partnership with our clients to support their own data security requirements and enhancements.
