Mourant Partner appointed to the INSOL World Editorial Board

Mourant Partner Simon Dickson has been appointed to the prestigious INSOL World Editorial Board, representing the offshore region.

Simon is an INSOL Fellow and a member of the Litigation and Insolvency team in the Mourant Cayman Islands office. He has extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring matters, valuation disputes and fraud and asset tracing.

INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency. There are currently over 44 Member Associations with over 12,000 professionals participating as members of the group.

INSOL World is the organisation’s flagship quarterly journal which is distributed to all members. Renowned for its articles on significant legislative developments and major cross-border cases, the journal also spotlights specific regions and industries, making it a must-read for practitioners worldwide.
