Overview
I’m a Partner at Mourant and Practice Leader of our Luxembourg Corporate team.
My practice covers all corporate aspects, including private equity, M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, down-stream investment funds structuring, redomiciliations and transactions, as well as related banking and finance matters.
I work across a variety of sectors including real estate, energy, telecommunication, infrastructure and life sciences, and have considerable experience in cross-border transactions.
My clients include leading private equity firms, financial institutions, asset managers and international corporates.
I joined Mourant in 2023, when they joined forces with LexField, which became its Luxembourg office.
At LexField, I was the co-managing partner and launched FideField to offer clients a combination of governance services and legal advice with a ‘one firm’ approach.
Prior to joining Lexfield, I headed up the Luxembourg Corporate practice at Loyens & Loeff in New York and London. I started my career at Allen & Overy in Luxembourg.

Led the Corporate and Private Equity team, as Luxembourg counsel to: A European energy services platform (backed by a leading asset management company), being dedicated to offering energy solutions for private and public sector clients, on a series of acquisitions and related financing.
Led the Corporate and Private Equity team, as Luxembourg counsel to: A prime early education network in the world on its successive in-bound acquisitions in Luxembourg and its international development.
Led the Corporate and Private Equity team, as Luxembourg counsel to: The largest Africa focused private investment firm on a series of transactions.
