I’m a Partner in Mourant’s Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practise, specialising in banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on fund finance, private credit and cross-border financing matters.

I advise leading international banks, alternative lenders, private credit providers, asset managers, fund sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex financing transactions involving Luxembourg entities and investment funds. My clients include many of the world’s leading financial institutions and alternative investment managers operating across Europe and internationally.

My practise covers the full spectrum of financing transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV financings, hybrid facilities, acquisition and leveraged financings, asset-backed financings, real estate and project financings, structured finance transactions, Islamic finance and cross-border restructurings. I regularly advise on sophisticated Luxembourg security structures and financing arrangements involving multiple jurisdictions, asset classes and stakeholder groups. I also regularly advise on restructurings and insolvency matters with Luxembourg and cross-border elements.

Before joining Mourant, I practised in the Banking and Finance team of a leading international law firm in Luxembourg.
