I’m a Partner in our Cayman Islands office specialising in private equity, corporate, banking and finance transactions.

My expertise includes startups, take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, SPACs, take-private transactions, joint ventures, shareholders arrangements, secured and unsecured financings and cross-border finance, including fund finance, real estate finance, repo transactions and leveraged finance.

Prior to joining Mourant I worked in the Real Estate Finance group at Clifford Chance LLP in London and the Corporate and Finance groups at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto.

In these roles I advised a wide range of clients in respect of a variety of corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate finance, loan portfolio acquisitions, secured and unsecured financings, cross-border finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance.
