I am an Associate in our Cayman Corporate and Finance practice.

I focus on all matters spanning the lifecycle of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds, including formation, launch, maintenance, restructuring, wind down and liquidity issues particularly in the private equity and hedge funds space.

In my practice, I have advised major industry players (including leading global investment managers, sponsors, administrators and trustees) on the structuring of investment funds, secondary transactions and the implementation of various investment strategies. I ensure that all such matters are compliant from a Cayman Islands regulatory perspective and advise my clients of various Cayman regulatory obligations and implications.

I also have experience working on various corporate upstream and downstream transactions including commercial matters.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was an Associate at an international offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands.
