I am an investment funds specialist with a focus on private equity funds and public and private property funds.
I became a Partner at the firm in 2004 and went on to lead the London office from 2006 to 2007.
I’m the Managing Partner of our Jersey office and I am a member of the firm’s global management committee. This is my second time as Jersey Managing Partner.
My clients include Actera Group, ARDIAN, BlackRock, Savills Investment Management, Coriolis Capital, Invision Private Equity, the Goodman Group, Segulah, Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Triton Partners.
Work Highlights
Advised fund managers on their regulatory obligations since before Jersey’s focus on alternative assets began.
Gave the Jersey legal advice for the first Expert Fund launched in Jersey in 2004 and have since advised on numerous fund launches, restructurings and migrations.
Gave the Jersey legal advice for the first Jersey Private Fund in 2017.
