I’m the Global Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services.

Having initially qualified with Arthur Andersen, I joined Deutsche Bank in 2001 and relocated from London to Amsterdam in 2005 to take responsibility for the bank’s corporate services offering.

I moved to Jersey in 2007 as the Regional Business Head of Corporate and Alternative Fund Services before moving to Mourant in 2012 to establish Mourant Governance Services.

My experience spans various asset classes, including hedge, private equity, real estate and structured finance. I’ve also sat on the boards of numerous regulated and unregulated vehicles across various jurisdictions.

Mourant Governance Services comprises over 275 professionals and delivers a complementary range of fiduciary, administration, accounting and governance services through a dedicated team of experienced professionals in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
