I’m a Partner in our Finance and Corporate team.
My wide-ranging practice covers corporate (including private equity, public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, corporate real estate structuring and transactions), equity capital markets (including IPOs and redomiciliations), banking, structured finance, debt capital markets and debt listings.
I joined Mourant in 2001, having previously worked at Eversheds in London.
My clients include leading US and European private equity firms, global financial institutions and global corporates.
