I’m a Partner in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice.

I advise private equity and real estate funds and both global and domestic companies in connection with corporate structuring and reorganisations, financings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, governance matters and  corporate finance.

I have been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012 and the Paris Bar since 2005.

I joined Mourant in 2024, having previously worked at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg and Norton Rose, Heenan Blaikie and BHB in Paris.

I hold a business law degree from the Université Paris X-Nanterre (France) and Texas Tech University School of Law (USA) as well a postgraduate degree (DESS) in European Business Law and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in History and Anthropology from the Université Paris X-Nanterre (France).
