Overview

I am a Partner of Mourant Law LP and the Practice Leader of our Guernsey Corporate team.

I advise on matters of Guernsey and BVI law, with a practice spanning the full spectrum of banking and finance work, as well as mainstream corporate and commercial transactions.

I joined Mourant in 2009, having first trained and qualified with Linklaters in London and then spent four years with another offshore law firm in the BVI. I worked in our Jersey office for six years before moving to Guernsey.

In the corporate sphere, I am recognised as one of Guernsey’s leading practitioners on public M&A transactions, having acted on the majority of Guernsey schemes in recent years. My banking work spans all types of finance work, with a particular focus on real estate finance.

Clients value my strategic approach, deep knowledge and pragmatic, commercial focus. I frequently work across multiple jurisdictions, managing integrated teams on cross-border transactions and delivering a seamless, integrated service.
