I am Counsel in our Finance and Corporate practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2014. I am part of our specialist Financial Services and Regulatory team.

I regularly advise on Jersey’s financial services regime for local and international clients, including cross-border and local licensing considerations, the anti-money laundering regime, conduct of business requirements, restructurings including by way of court approved transfer schemes, mergers and continuances, and client and business documentation reviews.
