I’m a Partner, an Advocate and the Practice Leader of Mourant’s Jersey Litigation practice.

I joined Mourant’s Jersey Litigation practice in 2012, became a Partner in 2022 and became the Practice Leader in 2026.

I have extensive advocacy and litigation experience, gained both from previous practice as a barrister in England and Wales and latterly as a Jersey practitioner. I have experience in a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including contentious trusts and private client, insolvency, banking disputes, funds disputes and professional negligence.

I now have a particular focus on contentious trusts and private client work, as well as insolvency and restructuring work. As well as dealing with hostile litigation, I frequently advise trustees and beneficiaries on various issues which can arise in the administration of trusts.

I am a qualified STEP Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and sit on the STEP Jersey technical sub-committee. I am also ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution in Legal 500 2026 and am listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory.

I am regularly invited to chair and speak at conferences, and regularly publish articles in my areas of expertise.

As a leader of people at Mourant, I recognise the importance of having the tools to nurture and develop others in the profession and workplace and have completed both the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme (2023) and the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme (2024), both delivered by the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

I am a passionate advocate for workplace equality and inclusion and am Global Sponsor of Mourant’s employee-led Gender Network.
