I’m a Senior Associate in our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice, and work on cross-border transactions advising leading global corporate and financial institutions.

I advise on a wide range of finance and corporate transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2022, I was an associate in the banking and finance team at Brodies LLP in Glasgow, Scotland.
