I am Counsel in our Hong Kong Banking and Finance team.

I advise on a broad range of cross-border transactions, particularly in the areas of fund finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general lending.

I also have a wide range of experience advising on corporate, funds, listing and regulatory matters.

Before joining Mourant, I worked at Clifford Chance in Singapore and DLA Piper in the UK and Singapore. My experience also includes a secondment to the in-house legal team of a major oil and gas company.
