I am the Head of the Mourant Governance Services fund administration business. I specialise in delivering fund administration, accounting and reporting services to clients across our jurisdictions.

Before joining Mourant, I was head of a regulated financial services business in Jersey for a FTSE 250 company. The team I led comprised of over 250 professionals providing fund and corporate administration to real asset, private equity and private debt clients. I was responsible for the service delivery of over 2500 entities.

With more than 17 years of experience in financial services, I have previously led a cross jurisdictional teams providing fund administration and accounting services for structures domiciled in Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland and Cayman.

I have also sat on the boards of regulated funds and private funds across several jurisdictions, as well as sitting on the board of regulated fund administration businesses in Jersey and Guernsey.

My experience covers closed-ended, open-ended and listed funds investing in private equity, venture capital, real assets, and private debt.
