Overview
I’m a Consultant in our International Trusts and Private Client practice. Prior to joining Mourant, I led the Trust and Private Client practice for Europe and the Middle East at another leading offshore law firm.
I have over 30 years’ experience advising trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, banks and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of trust and private client matters.
I have co-authored three books, Drafting Cayman Islands Trusts, Drafting British Virgin Islands Trusts and Guernsey Trust Law and I am the Cayman Islands country correspondent for Trusts & Trustees, the leading international journal for trust law and practice.
