Overview

I'm a Partner in our Cayman Islands Corporate and Finance practice, specialising in capital markets, M&A, and financing transactions.

I deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice to help clients navigate complex legal and business challenges. My practice spans a broad range of corporate and financing matters, advising sponsors, fund managers, investment banks, investment funds, and other entities.

I have significant experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions and other matters, including IPOs, secondary offerings, investment fund launches and downstream transactions, de-SPAC business combinations, platform roll-ups, private and public company M&A transactions, early-stage capital raisings, corporate governance issues, joint venture arrangements, shareholder matters, and corporate restructurings.

In addition, I regularly advise on financing arrangements, including fund financing, structured finance, bond offers, and acquisition financing.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in New Zealand, New York, and the Cayman Islands, and was most recently a Partner in the Banking and Financial Markets team at Dentons New Zealand.
