Jersey Trainee Solicitor Programme
If you're looking to start your career in law and qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales, Jersey, or both jurisdictions, our Trainee Solicitor Programme is designed for you.
Our two/three year Trainee Solicitor Programme provides hands-on practical legal experience within a collaborative, supportive and award-winning environment. The programme consists of at least four different 'seats' across a number of different practice groups. You'll receive mentoring support while working alongside our experienced lawyers on challenging, complex and high-profile matters, providing you with a diverse understanding of various areas and aspects of law.

About you – essential requirements:
- A degree or graduating from 2027 - graduates from all courses welcome
- Must hold 'Entitled' or 'Entitled for Work' status in Jersey, Channel Islands
- Committed to pursuing a career in law
- A keen collaborator with great attention to detail
- An effective communicator who is well organised
