We are proud to be a Gold Partner for Informa Connect’s Asset Recovery International Conference 2026. The three-day conference is co-chaired by our BVI Head of Litigation, Jennifer Jenkins, and will take place in Dublin on 25-27 February, with members of our global Litigation team in attendance.

The conference is a market-leading industry event focussing on fraud litigation, enforcement, and contentious insolvency. It brings together leading legal and financial experts to discuss cross-border asset recovery strategies, insolvency regimes, and enforcement challenges alongside networking opportunities, such as whisky tasting and a women’s afternoon tea, and specialist workshops.

On the first day of the conference, Jersey litigation partner Katie Hooper will contribute to the panel discussion ‘Til death (or litigation) do us part’, which will run from 2:40pm to 3:20pm in The Shrewsbury Room at the Intercontinental Dublin. The session will explore how family disputes are increasingly shaped by globalisation.
