Jersey Financial Regulatory Forum 2026

Our annual Jersey Financial Regulatory Forum will take place on Thursday 9 July.

This popular half-day conference will cover essential updates, the latest insights, and expert perspectives on the current issues affecting Jersey’s financial services industry.

Legal and consulting experts will be joined by guest speakers from QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers to explore how regulatory issues arise and are managed in practice. The team will examine a complex regulatory scenario from multiple stakeholder perspectives, including regulators, government, law enforcement, clients, boards and internal legal, compliance and risk teams.

There will also be an update on the priorities of the Jersey Regulator and Government for the coming year, including the Government’s financial services competitiveness programme.
