The Bankruptcy (Netting, Contractual Subordination and Non-Petition Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2005 (the Law) provides that netting, contractual subordination and non-petition provisions are enforceable, thereby giving certainty to parties entering into derivative contracts and other agreements.
