Mourant announces 45 promotions globally

Mourant has announced 45 promotions globally, including nine Counsel and seven senior appointments in affiliated business, Mourant Governance Services.

The appointments span the firm's six offices, with 29 promotions* in the legal practices and 16 in Mourant Governance Services.

The promotions to Counsel are: Sandra Duerden, Alana Gillies, Rachel Guthrie, and Louise Hargreaves in the Guernsey office, James Daniel, Laura Dauny and John MacFeeters in Jersey, James Broad in Hong Kong and Shane Donovan in BVI. These nine appointments bring the total number of Counsel at the firm to 28. 

Promotions in Mourant Governance Services include: Christo Van Der Spuy and Michal Pawlica in Jersey who have been promoted to Director and Fiona Magee and Kalpana Piradeepan who became Associate Directors. In Hong Kong, Alice Lai and Cristal Ho have been promoted to Senior Manager, together with Scott Ashton in the Jersey team.
