Overview

I’m Counsel in our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice.

Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes in 2017, I trained at and worked for Blake Morgan and as a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard in London. I was also seconded to a number of multi-national technology companies and banks.

My experience includes advising local and multinational companies on cross-border corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory, as well as financial services matters.
