I have extensive experience advising both borrowers and lenders on a diverse range of cross border banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged financing, fund financing, real estate financing and Islamic financing.

I also advise on complex restructurings and corporate rescue (including debt for equity transactions), insolvency and structured finance transactions.
