Guernsey Funds team deliver standout performance in latest Monterey Report

Our Guernsey Investment Funds team have once again delivered a standout performance in the latest Monterey Insight Guernsey Fund Report – reinforcing our position as a leading legal adviser to the industry.
The report reveals that we continue to hold the position of second largest Guernsey legal adviser by total funds, advising on 198 funds with a total value of US$71.5 billion.
The report also shows that by assets, we hold a significant 43.31 per cent share of the non-domiciled market, advising on US$43.0 billion, placing us as one of the two dominant advisers in this segment.

Monterey Insight is an independent fund research company that provides comprehensive statistical analysis of the Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg and UK fund industries.
Its 31st annual Guernsey report highlights another year of solid growth for the island's funds industry, with fund assets serviced in Guernsey reaching US$592.3 billion at the end of June 2025.
