Overview
I’m based in our Jersey office in our Investment Funds practice.
I advise on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures including co-investments, club deals, joint ventures, managed accounts and executive co-investment and carried interest. I advise across asset classes but my particular expertise is with private equity, venture and real estate investment structures.
I act for a range of clients from first time managers to institutional fund managers.
In 2011 I joined SJ Berwin and qualified as an English solicitor in 2013. I subsequently worked in the Investment Funds teams of SJ Berwin (latterly King & Wood Mallesons) and Goodwin, working on a number of high profile multi-jurisdictional mandates for a global client base.
I joined Mourant in 2018.
