I am the Head Of Registered Office Services at Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands.

I provide leadership, direction and support to the corporate administration team in relation to the provision of registered office and associated corporate services to local and international clients.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands. My key areas of expertise include corporate governance and entity management, and I have extensive experience of client on-boarding processes and procedures and the requirements of the Cayman Islands’ AML/CFT framework.

Prior to joining Mourant Governance Services, I held a senior role at another leading corporate services company in the Cayman Islands where I led a large corporate administration team. I was a key member of the team responsible for the launch of the company and managed the development of policies and procedures and staff recruitment.
