Chantelle Chan

I am a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Funds practice.

My practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions and investment funds matters.

I have extensive experience across a broad range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, downstream private equity financing, and strategic corporate advisory matters. I also advise clients on the establishment and ongoing operation of private investment funds.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Corporate team at another international offshore law firm in Hong Kong for a number of years. Prior to that, I worked at a Red Circle law firm in Hong Kong, advising on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
