I am a Director in Fund Accounting within Mourant Governance Services.

Before joining Mourant, I was a Director in the Private Debt division at Sanne (now Apex) where I spent the last seven years in direct lending space and in the latter years as escalation lead and director managing a large multi-jurisdictional team servicing one of the largest private debt managers in Europe.

Prior to this, I was in charge of a portfolio of alternative assets funds and capital markets structures for corporate and institutional clients.

My role primarily included overseeing the fund administration, accounting and financial reporting services to administered clients structures ranging from limited partnerships, unit trusts and companies reporting under various accounting standards.

I have over five years’ post qualified experience in audit practice with KPMG in Manila and Jersey and Deloitte in Dublin.
