I’m a Senior Associate in our Finance and Corporate team. Having joined the firm in 2015, I spent two years working in Jersey before moving to our London office in 2017.

I advise global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including lender and borrower side financings, corporate restructurings, joint venture arrangements and private equity transactions.

I also advise on a number of debt and equity listings on The International Stock Exchange.
