Greg O'Keefe-Davis

I’m Counsel within the Litigation and Insolvency practice in the BVI, currently working out of our London office.

I deal with general commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, shareholder disputes and contentious trusts matters and am well-placed to service clients across a variety of time zones.

I first moved to the BVI in early 2019, having spent the previous five years working for Eversheds Sutherland out of its Cardiff office, working in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. I spent 5 years in the BVI before returning to the UK in 2024 where I continued my practice with another firm, before re-joining Mourant in 2026.

I act in a wide range of commercial litigation, contentious trusts and insolvency matters and have particular interest in contentious probate and family estate issues. I have appeared both before the Civil and Commercial Divisions of the Hight Court as well as the Court of Appeal, and have run appeals up to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
