Jaclyn Pascoe

I am a Senior Knowledge Lawyer providing knowledge support to Mourant’s Caribbean litigation practices.

I work closely with the litigation teams across the Cayman Islands, BVI and Hong Kong, supporting complex, high-value and cross-border commercial disputes. My role includes monitoring legal and regulatory developments, delivering technical training, developing best practice guidance and precedents, thought leadership and supporting strategic initiatives.

I joined Mourant in 2016, having previously practised as an attorney in Cape Town, South Africa.
