Overview
Overview
I am a member of the fiduciary services team at Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands. I provide independent directorship services to regulated investment funds and corporate structures.
Prior to joining Mourant, I was a vice president at the Cayman Islands office of a global corporate services provider, acting in a fiduciary capacity for a wide range of regulated and unregulated vehicles. I also assisted clients with financial statements preparation, regulatory reporting obligations (including economic substance, FATCA/CRS and beneficial ownership filings) and provided board support.
Previously, I worked in the insurance and audit sectors in the Cayman Islands. As a client services manager at an international insurance manager, I oversaw operations, regulatory compliance and financial reporting for a portfolio of insurance entities. Before that, I was a manager at a Big Four audit firm, supervising audits of insurance and corporate entities reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
I started my career at a Big Four audit firm in the UK, where I qualified as a chartered accountant. I passed the Level I CFA exam in November 2024 and hold a bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree from the University of Oxford.
