I lead Mourant’s Responsible Business strategy with over ten years of experience in equity, diversity and inclusion in the legal and professional services sector, and a background in recruitment and HR. My role is global in scope; I engage and collaborate with leaders and colleagues across our business areas and locations in support of making progress towards achieving our strategic vision, goals and objectives.
