I am a seasoned legal professional specialising in fund formation and regulatory advisory services. My expertise spans the entire lifecycle of fund formation across diverse asset classes, including private equity, private debt, real estate (e.g. forest funds), infrastructure, and fund of funds.

My regulatory work includes AIFM licensing, governance structuring and cross-border migrations.

I serve as lead counsel for reputable small and mid-cap EU asset managers, offering end-to-end guidance on structuring, documentation, entity setup, and ongoing regulatory support.

Additionally, I act as local counsel for leading international asset managers, providing tailored solutions aligned with local regulations and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg law. I guide clients through the complexities of European investment fund regulations, assisting them in making informed strategic decisions.

I previously worked at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg.
