I am the Head of Business Assurance for Mourant Governance Services based in Jersey.

With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, I trained with Deloitte in London then spent seven years at Barclays Capital, predominantly in the Structured Capital Markets division managing the Special Purpose Entity and Management Information teams.

Before joining Mourant Governance Services I was a director at Sanne in Jersey for 10 years. As Head of Operations I led the periodic reviews team and divisional operations teams supporting the private equity, real assets, private debt and corporate businesses with statutory, tax and FATCA/CRS compliance, and managed risk and compliance projects.

I also have experience working on operational excellence frameworks and system change projects and during my career have sat on the board of client entities.
